What we’re looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects, with proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Experience handling Banking, Enterprise, Insurance, or Strategic Accounts is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- PM certification is a plus.
