- A Bachelor’s degree at any relevant fields – Computer Science, Telecommunication, IT, et cetera.
- Good in written & verbal English communication
- Good negotiation & presentation
- Fast to adapt & eager to learn
- Min 7 years of sales experience in B2B or retail industries
- Leadership and Planning skills
- Having experience to maintain and develop team
- Have Good Teamwork, willing to work outside working hours where necessary
- Familiar with sales tools ( CRM Software, or etc )
- Having strong leadership with a “can do” attitude, persistence so that can direct the team to organizational goals.
- Analyze, Negotiate and Close complex deals
- Responsible for selling by search new account, develop and managing key accounts and end user, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Analysing data to identify potential customers’ needs, interests, or concerns in order to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with Technical teams to achieve business objectives
