What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Experience managing BFSI, Government, Enterprise, or Strategic Accounts
- Proven track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and account expansion
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience selling technology, cloud, software, digital transformation, or managed services solutions
- Able to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development capabilities
