What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, System Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional specification, solution design, testing, UAT, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of Risk Management, IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and insurance business processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with SDLC and system implementation projects.
