Account Manager

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Handling banking/government account will be advantages)
  • Can communicate with English will be advantages
  • Having Experience in sales ERP will be advantages
  • Having Experience in Supply chain Management will be advantages
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) will be advantages
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Job Responsibility : 

  • Establish and maintain profesional relationship with clients
  • Visit Account Management
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Upsell a company’s services and solutions.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Continue their assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
