Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Handling banking/government account will be advantages)
- Can communicate with English will be advantages
- Having Experience in sales ERP will be advantages
- Having Experience in Supply chain Management will be advantages

- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Detail oriented
- Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) will be advantages

Job Responsibility :
- Establish and maintain profesional relationship with clients
- Visit Account Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Upsell a company’s services and solutions.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Continue their assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
