Job Qualifications :
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
· At least >10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technology Services, with >5 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), system integration, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
· Proficient in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
· Expertise in servers, storage, networks, databases, and cloud computing
· Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery planning
· Having Experience manage product IBM will be advantages
· Ability to manage IT service desk, incident management, and problem management.
· Experience in vendor management, SLA monitoring, and budgeting for technology services.
· Analytical thinking: sharp in identifying technical issues and finding effective solutions.
· Leadership: capable of leading IT services teams and developing team competencies.
· Communication & negotiation: effective in presenting ideas, reports, and negotiating with vendors/partners.
· Adaptability: flexible in handling technological changes and evolving business needs.
Job Responsibilities :
· Oversee System Technology Services operations to ensure availability, reliability, minimize downtime system and security of company systems.
· Develop strategies for improving technology services and driving continuous improvement.
· Ensure achievement of SLA, operational KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
· Build strong relationships with vendors, technology partners, and regulators.
· Prepare regular reports for management on IT operations, costs, and risks.
· Ensure the team complete product certification based on company need
